6 Prince Street, Lunenburg, NS

When Lunenburg was founded in 1753 the area we now know as the rest of Canada was sparsely occupied by Europeans. Other than the Acadian regions and Quebec not much was going on in terms of settlement. Toronto for example was a French trading post in 1750. By extension, some of the oldest houses in English Canada are in Lunenburg County.

Join us as Syd Dumaresq, a local Architect, gives an entertaining and informal walk through the Lunenburg County he loves, presenting some of the oldest houses in English Canada.
